SPOTLIGHT
Best Lobster Roll in America
The best lobster roll in America according to Food & Wine Magazine is right in Kennebunkport, Maine. These rolls from The Clam Shack are fresh and you pick if you want it with butter, mayo or both (I picked both). The roll has 5 oz. of fresh lobster meat that’s pulled off the coast of Kennebunkport. The lobsters are cooked the day they’re caught — each roll has whole pieces of claw, knuckle and tail meat.
