These rolls from The Clam Shack are fresh and you pick if you want it with butter, mayo or both (I picked both). The roll has 5 oz. of fresh lobster meat that’s pulled off the coast of Kennebunkport. The lobsters are cooked the day they’re caught — each roll has whole pieces of claw, knuckle and tail meat.
