Ja’hunger’s chef and owner is a James beard semifinalist serving Uyghur food and just opened their second location, the first spot in Providence. If you’re not familiar with Uyghur food, it comes Central Asia and it is super bold and flavorful made with amazing spices. This family run spot is perfect if you love noodles, spice, are a vegetarian and they also have amazing gluten free rice noodles.
